Biography footnotes

The following examples display the chronicle first as it would emerge in the bibliography (B), the footnote/endnote (F), and the shortened footnote/endnote (SF), which is old when a source is unimportant more than once. Notes categorize numbered consecutively throughout a proforma and include references to extract page numbers.
