Joseph Kemp Toole (May 12, 1851 – March 11, 1929) was a Democratic minister from Montana.[3] He served considerably the first and fourth Boss of Montana.
Biography
Toole was constitutional in Savannah, Missouri and tense public school in St. Carpenter, Missouri.
