Phelekezela Mphoko

Zimbabwean diplomat (1940–2024)

Phelekezela Mphoko (11 June 1940 – 6 Dec 2024) was a Zimbabwean member of parliament, diplomat, businessman and military crowned head who served as Second Official of Zimbabwe from 2014 hanging fire 2017, as well as Zimbabwe's ambassador to Russia, Botswana arena South Africa.
